We are posting this review post-installation of 3 new heater/AC units because of non-responsiveness to items that have yet to be completed, and some less-than ideal finishing work.The Good: We’ve used Signature for heating/cooling/plumbing maintenance for some time now, and have been very happy with that work. Therefore, we opted to go with them to convert our three-unit heating & cooling system.The OK: The job was estimated at 3 days, and that is what it took.The issues:1. Removal of the laundry evap cooler vent left big holes in the laundry room floor, ceiling and roof. The crew made a floor patch was done with a thin piece of sheet metal on the floor (could not bear weight), and the roof opening was patched with a piece of rubber held down by only two nails, with no insulation in the gap. We were left with a large hole (about 18” square) in the ceiling with the metal vent still in place (Photo).2. The TV room wall intake vent cover was taken by a supervisor and a taped together filter put in with no cover (Photo). We were told the new grill and filter would be delivered in a week. It’s now been 3 months with no delivery. We have called about this and told it would be fixed. Still waiting.3. New lines had to be run through the roof for the AC units. The holes were caulked around 270 degrees, leaving a gap that would let water in during rains. Likewise, one of the original vents that had to be closed was only partially caulked.4. One driveway light fixture was smashed, replacement cost about $150. We have been told several times we’d be reimbursed for the light fixture. It’s now been almost 3 months. When we contact them, we’re told someone will get back to us “today” - which hasn’t happened yet.5. On the laundry room unit, wiring to the wall fixture had short pieces of exposed bare wires (Photo), which we covered with electrician’s tape.6. The propane gas lines (Photo) were run as shown. The inspector said that was OK, but he would have preferred they been rerouted along the wall. We will have to get that done at some point since it is a tripping hazard, as well as a potential safety hazard.We had to hire our own contractor to come in to repair the holes in the laundry room floor, ceiling, and the roof. We are still waiting to be reimbursed for the driveway light that was broken.One would have expected for a job this size for the quality of work to be much higher, and the customer rep (Eric) and his manager (Robert) would be very responsive to finishing the job satisfactorily. We are still waiting for the several times promised phone calls and job completion.

I have used Signature commercially and was very happy with their service. This is the first time I've used them personally and I'm still very happy with their service. The technician, Freddy R, showed up as scheduled (2025.03.05), was friendly, talked me through all my options and then performed the work efficiently. He left the work area spotless!When today's job was completed, I also had him look at another problem area. He did the research necessary and quickly gave me another estimate. He's scheduled to return tomorrow (2025.03.06) to complete my second request. Easy scheduling and great service!In addition, we had a nice conversation about his kids and a recent trip he'd taken. 10 stars!!

Do not trust this company to do any work on your home. I had the worst experience ever. Thought I would go with a company that was well known to install an hvac system in my home. The price was a little high but I still had them do it. They took longer to do the job plus the install was done by 2 kids and a man that didn't seem to know what they were doing. They damaged my roof, wall inside my house and didn't finish the work they were hired to do. I had to hire a different company to come out and fix all their mess ups. The sales man Jude never reached out to me after the sale was done. Sky the manager wanted more money to fix the problems. I never right reviews but after this experience I wanted to warn people so they don't run into the same situation I had.

I was able to make an appointment with signature in less than a day. They came promptly the next morning. We got lucky today! The folks that usually service couldn’t get us in right away so we contacted Signature heating, cooling and plumbing. Richard Gurry and Enrique were very friendly, very knowledgeable and went beyond any heating, cooling and plumbing services that we’ve ever had. Richard is the AC guru for detecting and figuring out why we were having is issues. He gave us three possible options for going forward. Great experience! This economy is rough, so if you’re going to pay top dollar for work, at least you’re getting top quality! We got a great system with fantastic work done by Alfredo & his team! I’m so happy when professionals are actually professional! We reached out on Monday, & our excellent serviceman Richard was there within a couple of hours. Ryan, our sales rep was honest & down-to-Earth. Our system was replaced by Friday, & all is well again. Thank you for making this as painless as possible. I am happy we made the decision to go with Signature on our AC unit upgrade. I felt informed and comfortable when we had our inspection and were presented our initial options. Adrian Lopez was professional and presented the options in a very clear manor answering any and all questions we had (including after the unit was installed and permitted). Our installation team was also on top of it! Having realized they needed a crane only when arriving to my house on install day, they had a crane show up within the hour. Richard G. Did an amazing job analyzing and fixing what was going on with our Refrigerated Air. My AC stopped blowing cold air over the weekend and he was there within 24 hrs of calling. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and was able to identify what problem was. He replaced the dual capacitor and got the AC working within a little over an hour. There was no hassles no trying to push a new system on me. Provided some advice on maintaining what I already had. Very friendly and professional. Signature saved me so many headaches and hassles. After being away for 2 weeks, I came home to a water main leak in my front yard. I was losing hundreds of gallons of water. I called 5 different plumbing businesses and all gave me response times of several days to a week. Thomas Valdez at Signature arrived within 2 hours. He was sympathetic and so polite. He let me hover over him and ask questions while he dug into my front yard to find the leak. By the time he was finished digging, he was COVERED in mud from head to toe and kept a smile on his face. He showed me everything and explained the issue and what would be needed to fix the problem. When it got time to do the work, Signature sent Jeromy in to support Thomas and he was also very patient and answered all my questions. The work was done within 5 hours of my initial call (same day) and I didnt get charged crazy "emergency" feesAs far as total costs were concerned, I was extremely surprised and pleased. I was expecting a significantly higher cost based on some internet research and they came in WELL beneath the "average". Signature is now my go-to Plumbing and HVAC company! My water heater was experiencing problems and I called Signature and they sent Stephen out that same day. He was very pleasant and professional and helpful in explaining things. Really happy with the service signature, heating, cooling and plumbing gave me when installing my new AC unit. The process was very easy and simple. We asked for a Spring tune-up of all our HVAC (three heat pump/compressors and three air handlers), along with explanation of how exactly our system worked, since the house and its systems, particularly the heat pumps, were new to us. Jeff was assigned to work our case and very usefully explained what we had, what it was connected to, how it worked, how to do the routine maintenance, and then proceeded to fix a coolant leak he found during the inspection - coolant dripping at the pipe joint. Some soldering, vacuum pulling, and coolant resupply later, it was fixed. While the repair was unanticipated and expensive (we had been hoping for a clean bill of health), the workmanship was professional, friendly, helpful, and competent. I don't think the outcome could have been dealt with better.

Our plumber was Steven! He was so great and patient. The job was supposed to take 30 minutes and ended up being a bigger issue than we suspected. He stayed and fixed it even though he had other calls to tend to. He said he didn’t feel right leaving us hanging without fixing it. He was so nice!

The two gentlemen who came to install my new HVAC systems were kind and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. They were at my home all day long.The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 were, they did vacuum most of the debris on the floor from the attic. They missed some bigger chunks around the attic area and the stairs (probably from shoes transferring things out).Also, the thing they had to remove to get the old system out and new one in, was not put back as securely as it was there before. I will have to figure out how to make it more secure (not sure how though).Lastly, as you can see in one of the photos, there is a large scratch/dent in the wall. I’m guessing from the corner of the unit at some point of moving out or putting in.Overall, I appreciate their willingness to stay until the job was done, answering all the questions that I had and trying to put stuff back the way it was. Also, for being knowledgeable about HVAC and being able to install our new one.I would recommend Signature to my friends and family.

Prior to hiring Signature, we received four different estimates for replacing our split system heating and cooling units. Our prior system lasted 20 years and covered the needs for central air for a single story, 2000 SF home. So, we wanted to pick components that would meet our needs for the next ten years, with efficient cooling, reasonable heating efficiency, and a company that would warranty their work for as long as reasonable. After comparing cooling units at 17 SEER2, and looking at who would put their guarantees in writing, Signature had the best deals and coverage. Other quotes had a better price, but for less efficient condensers. Nick is great at responding to inquiries and helping to provide technical details.The installation technicians from Signature did a great job. I was able to get very good explanations from all of them any time I had questions. In particular, Oscar and Derrick were very patient, and did an excellent job re-structuring the base of our air intake for the furnace and air handler. When finished, Oscar walked through the final inspection with me, and even though he already tested the systems, he did it again until I was satisfied with the functionality of both heating and cooling (during a very cold day). I am glad that we went with Signature and would happily use them again.Photos show the old equipment and the newly installed equipment with compliant plumbing and electrical connections. The heater has been working great and has warmed the house much quicker than the older unit. We're looking forward to the efficiency benefits from the new cooler in the summer.

I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and how fast they came out. To fix my heater, I hadn't pneumonia. And they took that to heart and they were literally here in 38 minutes. They had to order the part but he had bypassed a piece. So I was able to have heat until the correct part did come in very. Good young man and just excellent work. Started with George customer care rep visit for quote, then a Team visit on the day of installation with Chris, the electrician manager, his electrician who did the electrical work, Elijah and Neftali the installers and owner to go over installation plan. From A-to-Z this is the company for me.I hired signature to install refrigerated A/CAnd heating. After meeting with Cody, the consultant and agreeing on going through with installation.
